My Digital Nanny was born out of a simple frustration: existing parental controls block content, but they can't listen. A child can be exposed to violent, sexually explicit, or radicalising audio through algorithmically recommended videos — and parents have no way to know until it's too late.
We asked: what if a device could quietly listen for harmful content, the same way a smoke detector listens for fire — and alert you the moment something went wrong? That idea became My Digital Nanny.
We built the entire AI pipeline to run on-device, not in the cloud, because we believe a child safety tool has no business uploading audio to a server. Every line of code is written with the principle that the most sensitive data — your child's voice — should never leave the room.
